Online registration/payment is available on our website until October 01, 2025.
If you do not want to use our website, mail-in registration forms/Checks must be postmarked by September 26, 2025. (email the Guild, cabarrusartguild@gmail.com for form)
Entry fees will not be refunded.
Once the Registration form and payment have been received by the Guild, artwork cannot be switched out for another.
All art submitted must be displayed for the entire length of the show. Exception may be made for out of area buyers.
3-D art may not exceed 50 pounds.
After the completion of the show, any unsold art work that has not been picked up within 30 days of end of show will be considered abandoned and will become the property of CAG.
Any art work removed before the end of the show will result in a two-year ban from CAG art shows. There will be exceptions made for out-of-area buyers. We understand emergencies happen, in this case, please make arrangements with the Exhibit Chairs.
Cabarrus Art Guild reserves the right to refuse new entries once the maximum show limit has been reached.

Reception: Sunday October 05, 2025, 2pm (@ClearWater Arts Center and Studios)
