Description:
The mountains are a perfect place to view beautiful scenery, with the rolling hills and delicate wildflowers along every path for this very unique project! Susan has created many different little fabric books from Italy to Alaska, her love of hand stitching, painting, collage, and collecting, all combines to create these little treasures. In this class she will walk you through creating landscapes, collage appliqué to create unusual textures. All of which will be lavished with hand embroidery techniques using hand-dyed fabrics, trims, and threads.
The pattern and kit will be provided by Susan for your convenience if you would like. The kit ($30) includes:

Fiber arts are Susan’s passion. Susan majored in art at Queens University in Charlotte, NC. She is an accomplished quilt designer, has hosted art retreats, traveled to shops all over the country to teach, and is a Bernina Ambassador. Susan loves sharing this passion for quilting, stitching and creating with everyone.
