Welcome to the Cabarrus Art Guild
The mission of the Cabarrus Art Guild is to bring together artists and art enthusiasts from Cabarrus and surrounding counties for art education, to share information about art, and exposure to original works of art. We do this through our various programs, events, talks and classes. Our various programs are open to all, whether you are an amateur or professional, if you dabble or sell your work. We welcome you to join the Cabarrus Art Guild and share in our common interests and the wonder of creativity.

The CAG Annual Fall Judged Art Show, 2024
Members and non-members (from Cabarrus and its contiguous counties) are invited to participate.
If you create 2D or 3D art, we are welcoming you to submit your work for this Judged event!
All pieces submitted will be judged. There are two categories, each with their own awards.
Awards for 2D Art
1st Place: $200.00
2nd Place: $150.00
3rd Place: $100.00
(2 Awarded) Honorable Mention: $50.00

- Intake: Sept 28, 2024, 9am-2pm
- Walk-in registrations/payment are no longer accepted
- Pre-registration and pre-payment are required via our convenient online entry form and online payment.
- Email the Guild if you wish to register/pay by check via US Mail ([email protected])
- At Intake, all you do is show up with your labeled artwork, confirm your entry form and payment and you are done!
- 2D art submitted cannot be larger than 36 inches on one side, making room for more art
- Take down Nov 23, 2024, 11am-2pm

Opening Reception on Sunday, October 6, 2024 at 2pm at ClearWater Arts Center & Studios, 223 Crowell Street NW, Concord (main entrance on Crowell Street). Winners will be announced and light refreshments will be served.

Cabarrus Art Guild Partnering with
Cabarrus Boys and Girls Club
The Cabarrus Art Guild is delighted to announce that we are working with the Boys and Girls Club of Cabarrus County to provide instruction in creativity and art.
We have volunteer opportunities for those interested in reaching out and expanding the world of art to the young people of our community. The Guild will arrange to have instructors set up after school classes at the Boys and Girls Club facility in Concord. Classes can be 45 minutes or longer in length. All grade levels, K-12 are in need of opportunities.
The Guild will provide a small financial stipend for materials or time, if requested.
This new outreach program has just begun in 2024, and we have already conducted some terrific art sessions.
For more details, please contact the guild at [email protected]. Please consider this a chance to make a difference in a child’s life. Giving your time and creative talent will make a big difference in the lives of these children (and make you feel pretty great too!).
