Welcome to the Cabarrus Art Guild
The mission of the Cabarrus Art Guild is to bring together artists and art enthusiasts from Cabarrus and surrounding counties for art education, to share information about art, and exposure to original works of art. We do this through our various programs, events, talks and classes. Our various programs are open to all, whether you are an amateur or professional, if you dabble or sell your work. We welcome you to join the Cabarrus Art Guild and share in our common interests and the wonder of creativity.
Holiday Gift Giving
The Cabarrus Art Guild is proud to say that it gives so much to our community at large, every day of the year. Through our support of artists (established and emerging), art lovers, and now children interested in art, we endeavor to educate and inspire everyone we meet.
These are just of the few of the many activities we offered in this past year:
-A free weekly Open Art gathering (Open Art Tuesdays), open to the public where anyone 18 and older may share their art interests, enjoy working on a current art project, or just socialize with other artists
-Free monthly art related demonstrations or lectures open to the public
-Art classes or 3D workshops at affordable rates and that are taught by excellent local and regional artists.
-Community outreach programs that are inclusive to all of our neighbors
-A free to join plein air group
-Yearly Art Exhibits that are open to both Guild Members and artists in surrounding counties who create both 2D and 3D work
The Cabarrus Art Guild is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization completely run by volunteers. As the Guild continues to grow, we are reaching a place where we will be limited with what we can continue offering our community. Fortunately, we have many hard-working volunteers willing to do the work that lies ahead. However, what we need is additional financial backing to cover the cost of our growth and public offerings.
Won’t you please consider donating to the Cabarrus Art Guild? Any amount will be used thoughtfully and responsibly. Here is a convenient link to our online donations page, www.cabarrusartguild.org/donate.
Checks may be mailed to: P.O. Box 6631, 455 Concord Parkway N, Concord, NC 28027.
Sincerely and with many thanks,
